     These days we are busy with freelance news writers and reporters to help them to get information regarding the discrimination happening inside the WTM. Now they have met more than 20 employees in WTM and from them we know that they also want a change but they are having afraid (because they have families to look after which WTM doesn’t even care of) to fight for the rights. So we hope soon this group will publish a report in daily news papers or will help us to get solution.
     This is the main reason that we have stop bogging for few days. Hope all the viewers appreciate this.

A message from a former wataniya staff.

When I found out about inside wataniya I thought whoever has started thisthing has done a really great job. So for those of you who organized andmanage this... well done!

I used to work in Wataniya and I left the company because it was anextremely unpleasant company to work in.When Wataniya first began itsoperations in the Maldives those Kuwaiti people and seniors of WataniyaInternational promised the Maldivian citizens a great place to work in,excellent communication facilities and above all they claimed to set thewages higher than what other companies in the Maldives offered. They gavehigh hopes to the citizens and anyone who has either worked or is currentlyworking at Wataniya will know the reality of Wataniya. People like YasserAbdel Hakim think that Maldivians are stupid and just because they earnseveral times more than what the Maldivians are paid they think that theycan treat the Maldivians like shit. Yasser you are wrong! Some day you willhave to pay for this!
The company does everything the management gurus and what good managementadvice says NOT to do. Wataniya has only been in the Maldives for just 1year, but look at it! Some of the best employees have left the company fordifferent reasons. But what is common with all of them is problems with themanagement. Let's just hope that Yasser by going to this HR seminar in Lankalearns something atleast. For one thing the ass can't even speak properEnglish! This leads me in to the next major problem.
The management team are always travelling abroad for this seminar and thatconference. And, they take holidays whenever they want. When these peoplecame to the Maldives didn't they say that they were going to transfer theknow how and skills to the Maldivians? If so, why don't any Maldivians getthe chance to travel abroad? Wataniya's management team is just good for onething..Bull shitting!
Referring to the article where it says that Yasser had been giving perfumesand inviting female staff to go on office picnics, I know damn well whatkind of jerk he is. I remember, during on of the earlier offical trips to aresort he was canoodling with some of the girls in the sea. I know forcertain that one of the girls got on his back and stuff. Is this how heshould interact with his employees being a so called boss? But then again,the girl herself did say that her purpose of going on the trip was to butterup Yasser. I bet she got what she wanted!
I am just appalled at Wataniya. and if I anyone is searching for a job, myadvice would be .. don't even think about applying to Wataniya and the samegoes for those who want a mobile connection kit.

Inside-Wataniya Maldives 'Internet Banned'

”The bloggers, who are believed to be staff of Wataniya Maldives, claim that the BLOG has everything you want to know about Wataniya-Maldives, a deal cut by Gayyoom and his old friend Fathuhulla, who are believed to be shareholders of the company, or at least beneficiaries. The company has been very harsh on its own staff and many Maldivians there are complaining about the treatment they get from the senior management controlled by the rich Kuwaiti Arabs, who are closely associated with the Maldives 'Dick'.”

This is a paragraph which is published in “DO” which we (insidewataniya) do not support at all.
It is a fact that this blog is not a political blog. We assure our visitors that this blog is maintained in such a way that there would only be facts of WTM and how the management of WTM is responsible for the inhuman and unethical issues which is affecting the performance of all the staff in WTM.

We do not support to loose the MORAL of our purpose.

THE ART OF STOOOOPID ACTIONS …..

After the unpleasant incident which occurred yesterday, on the subject of the mail sent to all WTM staff, Mr. Yasser, Lalith and John Early determined to block the mail service to all the employees at WTM, so that no staff would be able to browse the internet or the blog.

WTM’s IT is working hard to get rid of the link sent to all wataniya. It’s a fact that some of the selected IT guyz were forced to stay up last night for this.

This blog had really hit them I guess….

YASSER ATTENDS TO A SEMINAR ON HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT

Mr. Yasser is leaving for Sri Lanka tonight. This is a true fact which came straight from the horse’s mouth. He is leaving because his ass is on fire now. He had bitten more than he can chew.

We all know that Mr. Yasser is taking a short break after facing the obstacles WTM is running through. Maybe he is attending a short term course offered by Wataniya International about Human Resources Management.

Breaking News

WTM internet banned because of the BLOG, it’s confirmed that a link of the BLOG was sent to all WATANIYA mail by a stranger and now the link to the internal mail exchange server has been blocked.

So this means no STAFF in WTM would be able to SEND or RECEIVE mails.

Internet Banned.

From yesterday till now all wataniya staff is banned from internet by the master plan of John Early, Yasser Abdel Hakim and Lalith Pereira. These three culprits thought they can hide the secrets by blocking the internet or disconnect the link to out side world. How much does these three culprits knows about technology and what it is capable of? We can assure that they don’t know how to spell INTERNET. Do you?
They are trying there best to get rid of the hidden secrets that they have and that we are revealing.
Lalith (Wanna be the IT Director) does not know anything about IT and this individual has done a port scan from Sri Lanka by paying a chap in Sri Lanka. How stupid he is right? We can do it now at this moment. Then this guy is bringing HP support personal from Sri Lanka which is his friends or relatives and then they do all the work using Google help. Actually we can call them “HP Google Support”; they are doing nothing at wataniya. An individual Maldivian staff is much better than the directors or managers.
John Early (Technical Director) is a two faced angel. Firstly, he shows he is willing to help the staff at any immense, Second point is he lies and tries to protect himself. Almost all technical staff knows about this. One day he would tell that everything will be fine and beg to stay at wataniya but next day the story would be changed at a glance. Actually we don’t want to blame him. When Mr. Mark Hanna (former CEO) was in charge, everything was going smooth and fine. Wataniya technical staffs were happy but when Yasser (Jew’s commander) became the interim CEO, everything went upside down.
Yasser favors his own staff and we have got a new update from a very reliable source that Yasser is having affairs with a former wataniya finance staff. He sends perfumes and invitations for her to join their resort trips. Does her husband know the relationship? We will let him know that soon.
Never ever under estimate a Maldivian and what he or she is capable of and don’t think that everything is replaceable, cause you can’t.

"

FLIRTS AND FLOATS ON THE FRAUDS

Sometimes it’s really hard to face the truth rather than try and learn from it. Today what we see from WTM is a rudderless fleet sets its way for its BONVOYAGE. Yes it is very true that, no one will want to hear talking bad about a being, especially when the time comes to take the responsibility.

Today we will focus our observations on our most known bandit of WTM, MR. Dinesh Durairaj.

Mr. Dinesh, who is married with a kid of age 4, is keen on making friends. He likes to spend time with his friends at breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and mostly coffees. He is really excellent in these kinds of affairs, a person who is eager to please the delegates of WTM. Who would do anything for a position?

After his experience in the FOCUS COMPUTERS, Mr. Dinesh joined WTM in the early days of February 2005. His first step in WTM was the Senior Retail Manager. However, after WTM launched their service, former head of sales, Mr. Ali Khalid brought a small change to the department and Mr. Dinesh was changed to a FIELD SALES REP. That was where he set off his anger towards Mr. Ali Khalid. He used to flirt with all the Sales Agents when he was the Manager besides his favorite staff were, Usha Mahir and Aishath Rasheedha. His anger never diminished towards his boss, he started blabbering about Ali K often with his former staff, but it did not help him much.

It was recently he was granted the post of Senior Sales Consultant. Everyone knows he is a busy man with high hopes packed with millions of prospects and tones in his pipeline. But when we really look into his performance and weigh his balance, he still owes the company in lacks. But it never matters, because he is the ultimate messenger from the SALES DEPARTMENT to the relevant authorities.

We guess its time that you learn from it. Is the FINANCE and HR blind of his FRAUD ACTS or is he allowed???

Did you know that Mr. Dinesh took a bunch of connection kits to his apartment and sold them on high price at the start of the launch period? Which is a FRAUD stated by the INTERIM C.E.O when he was the C.F.O. But, nothing happened; besides it was never discovered.

Mr. Dinesh is confident that he can CLAIM his meals, coffees, snacks with his friends any time he wants. But who is really responsible for these acts?? Cud it be evaluated? What really happens to his mobile bill? Is he really penalized for his personal calls beyond his credit limit or is it just waived off? What about his roaming charges and the bill??? Does anybody in WTM bothered to know about these things?

Latest news was Yasser Abdel Hakim(the interim CEO) planned everything to force Mohamed Afzal to leave wataniya. When this incident happened, wataniya lawyer "Ms.Dheena" was present with yasser but the victim did not have any lawyer and he was not informed to do so. These inhuman beings have ruined victims life in seconds without any rights and still the victim is not in a stable condition.
The technical director (John Early) at Wataniya Telecom Maldives is spreading vicious rumors about the victim and Yasser is enjoying his puppetry work.
This time please pack your bags and leave maldives. Because you jew's have ruined many maldivians life.
