75% of the staff employed in WATANIYA is seeking jobs from other companies as well as from the government. This is not just any bull-shit rumor which is spreading in the company. A company which promised to be run by the Maldivian’s in the third year seems to be a sack of lies.
It is not very far from the beginning of the third year, hence there are no Maldivian’s employed in the higher posts. A very sensible explanation was given to the TAM by the CORRUPTION LEADER OF WATAN IYA, MR. YASSER. “YET THERE ARE NO MALDIVIANS WHO ARE QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO FILL THE DECISION LEVEL POSTS”. The question is… isn’t the management capable of training people for the posts? It’s very true that WTM has not done much on training staff on executive level posts. Hence the management always seeks to throw a person who comes even near a post like that.
If the WTM management think your staff is happy, then you are very wrong. If it’s the case why would every one seek for jobs in different locations?
Just imagine those employees suffering in the CCR. Yes they have issues which are neglected for several times. Who cares?? Ruchir gets his salary so why should he bother?
Just imagine the way Ruchir interviews for the new recruits to be joined. A person waiting for it from morning gets a chance in the afternoon, and when he gets the chance he just asks, “WHAT TYPE OF TELECOM DO YOU USE?” And if he’d say DHIRAAGU, the chances are closed forever.
These are real situations where anyone can see the unprofessional ethics.
