Three Maldivian staffs of wataniya who works in IT was suspended last Thursday. Suspension?? is wataniya a school or an office? The reason gave by IT Director MR. Lalith (Wannabe IT Director) was they are coming late to office. Normally the policy maker Mr. Didi, Lalith, Ruchir and his master MR. Yasser catches ten or twelve's ferry for hulhumale'. We have seen that several times.
Usually we see HR and finance staffs coming late to office. Is anyone aware of this? were there any action taken? we are sure that they wont see that. Managers and Directors are late to office and they don't get any punishment for that. Normal staffs are suffering because of them.
Wataniya International should treat everyone equally or leave Maldives immediately.
