He does not have any knowledge on technical field and we think he is just taking the opportunity to go there without sending a Maldivian’s there or a technical person there.

Wataniya Telecom Maldives Customs (WTMC)

Staffs of wataniya have to go through a scanner before they enter the office. Every day laptops and personal hand bags are scanned by the guards. We won’t blame the guards for that; we will blame yasser and his puppets who have planed this. This shows how kiddy and stupid they are. They don’t even trust the staffs, every day staffs gets a coupon and stays in a queue for checking. It’s like Heathrow Airport in London. They also have high security after the 911 incident but in wataniya it’s a different story. The management is facing the difficulties because we are reviling the inside secrets of wataniya, how the staffs are treated from wataniya management.

Dhiraagu has been established in Maldives for more than 18 years and we don’t hear these kinds of stupid activities conducted by dhiraagu management. They understand staffs needs and trust them and that is the success of them. Up to now we are sure that no one have ever heard that dhiraagu is treating there staffs in an in humanity way.

This shows wataniya is trying to protect the way they treat to there staffs. Otherwise what’s the big secret behind disconnecting internet, email and scanning the staff’s everyday? When justice comes you can’t hide anything and this goes to Mohamed Ahmed Didi (HR Manager) a person which is not capable of doing anything for staff’s rights and does not know employment laws in Maldives.

We have got information from a reliable source from Australia that Wataniya Telecom Maldives servers has been hacked by a group of people and they claim that have got confidential documents related to HR, Marketing, Technical and Finance. This shows that wataniya does not have any Firewall or DMZ to protect from outsiders.

Since when does yasser abdel hakim become a “KGB” member or“Espionage”? From the latest updates we got from our sources that yasser made which he thinks a fool proof plain to track down the people who divulge information. He runs around the people who have relation with the persons who was terminated or left wataniya for different reasons but for us his plane has loop holes from step one to step n. First never tries to catch the rabbit if you are not capable of doing it. So we are proud to say that you and your partners are closely watched by our team so trying to get the source is not applicable to guy like you.

Very recently yasser have given warnings and treating people to leave wataniya and trying to frame people, we know that you goes through the staffs personal calls and emails which you don’t have any authority to do so, Every one have there rights to express there thoughts. Maldivian’s who are working in wataniya have problems so they have there personal rights to express that to public and no one will help you to stop that rights from the staffs accept your puppets. Don’t try to work in Maldives against the laws in Maldives.

RKL Rentals doesn’t provide services for Wataniya customers.

Yesterday I went to RKL rentals to rent a water pump to Walhudhiya Hikan, after checking the pump and in the process of filling the acceptance form I was told that we as in RKL rentals don’t provide to the people with Wataniya numbers. Customers should have a Dhiraagu fixed line or a postpaid line. I tried to explain that I am a postpaid customer of Wataniya and you can track me since your company has a copy of my ID card and if you want I can provide with driving license or any other document, but it was sad that they don’t provide to Wataniya customers since Wataniya has the option of changing postpaid to prepaid and visa versa and they will have problems in contacting. Frustrating it was. OK I though it was a cool service but they says no to Wataniya numbers. BUT since he is a Maldivian and understands the situation and with my LUCK he provided it one under his power. I don’t think next time I will be Lucky. Need some understanding or some kind of contract to be settle there in future other wise think of the people (families) who are dedicated Wataniya customers they wont be provided their services. Hmmmmm oh I forgot there is PINK rentals muaha hahaha but seriously I don’t think there will be any dedicated Wataniya customer or any other. No offence just a though.

Insidewataniya news

           Internet is allowed for managers and Sri Lankan staffs who are working in IT (HP Google Support). From this also we know that Wataniya treats normal staffs as slaves. No internet and no salary if he did not cut his hair and will charge for any training he does abroad. Now yasser is planning to get rid of all old staffs and get new staffs, so they can avoid from the promises that he made for them.
           There is still time for Wataniya international to come here and solve all the inhumane activities that are conducting by the Yasser and his believers.

Annoucement

     These days we are busy with freelance news writers and reporters to help them to get information regarding the discrimination happening inside the WTM. Now they have met more than 20 employees in WTM and from them we know that they also want a change but they are having afraid (because they have families to look after which WTM doesn’t even care of) to fight for the rights. So we hope soon this group will publish a report in daily news papers or will help us to get solution.

When I found out about inside wataniya I thought whoever has started thisthing has done a really great job. So for those of you who organized andmanage this... well done!

I used to work in Wataniya and I left the company because it was anextremely unpleasant company to work in.When Wataniya first began itsoperations in the Maldives those Kuwaiti people and seniors of WataniyaInternational promised the Maldivian citizens a great place to work in,excellent communication facilities and above all they claimed to set thewages higher than what other companies in the Maldives offered. They gavehigh hopes to the citizens and anyone who has either worked or is currentlyworking at Wataniya will know the reality of Wataniya. People like YasserAbdel Hakim think that Maldivians are stupid and just because they earnseveral times more than what the Maldivians are paid they think that theycan treat the Maldivians like shit. Yasser you are wrong! Some day you willhave to pay for this!
The company does everything the management gurus and what good managementadvice says NOT to do. Wataniya has only been in the Maldives for just 1year, but look at it! Some of the best employees have left the company fordifferent reasons. But what is common with all of them is problems with themanagement. Let's just hope that Yasser by going to this HR seminar in Lankalearns something atleast. For one thing the ass can't even speak properEnglish! This leads me in to the next major problem.
The management team are always travelling abroad for this seminar and thatconference. And, they take holidays whenever they want. When these peoplecame to the Maldives didn't they say that they were going to transfer theknow how and skills to the Maldivians? If so, why don't any Maldivians getthe chance to travel abroad? Wataniya's management team is just good for onething..Bull shitting!
Referring to the article where it says that Yasser had been giving perfumesand inviting female staff to go on office picnics, I know damn well whatkind of jerk he is. I remember, during on of the earlier offical trips to aresort he was canoodling with some of the girls in the sea. I know forcertain that one of the girls got on his back and stuff. Is this how heshould interact with his employees being a so called boss? But then again,the girl herself did say that her purpose of going on the trip was to butterup Yasser. I bet she got what she wanted!
I am just appalled at Wataniya. and if I anyone is searching for a job, myadvice would be .. don't even think about applying to Wataniya and the samegoes for those who want a mobile connection kit.

It is a fact that this blog is not a political blog. We assure our visitors that this blog is maintained in such a way that there would only be facts of WTM and how the management of WTM is responsible for the inhuman and unethical issues which is affecting the performance of all the staff in WTM.

THE ART OF STOOOOPID ACTIONS …..

After the unpleasant incident which occurred yesterday, on the subject of the mail sent to all WTM staff, Mr. Yasser, Lalith and John Early determined to block the mail service to all the employees at WTM, so that no staff would be able to browse the internet or the blog.

WTM’s IT is working hard to get rid of the link sent to all wataniya. It’s a fact that some of the selected IT guyz were forced to stay up last night for this.

This blog had really hit them I guess….
