     These days we are busy with freelance news writers and reporters to help them to get information regarding the discrimination happening inside the WTM. Now they have met more than 20 employees in WTM and from them we know that they also want a change but they are having afraid (because they have families to look after which WTM doesn’t even care of) to fight for the rights. So we hope soon this group will publish a report in daily news papers or will help us to get solution.

When I found out about inside wataniya I thought whoever has started thisthing has done a really great job. So for those of you who organized andmanage this... well done!

I used to work in Wataniya and I left the company because it was anextremely unpleasant company to work in.When Wataniya first began itsoperations in the Maldives those Kuwaiti people and seniors of WataniyaInternational promised the Maldivian citizens a great place to work in,excellent communication facilities and above all they claimed to set thewages higher than what other companies in the Maldives offered. They gavehigh hopes to the citizens and anyone who has either worked or is currentlyworking at Wataniya will know the reality of Wataniya. People like YasserAbdel Hakim think that Maldivians are stupid and just because they earnseveral times more than what the Maldivians are paid they think that theycan treat the Maldivians like shit. Yasser you are wrong! Some day you willhave to pay for this!
The company does everything the management gurus and what good managementadvice says NOT to do. Wataniya has only been in the Maldives for just 1year, but look at it! Some of the best employees have left the company fordifferent reasons. But what is common with all of them is problems with themanagement. Let's just hope that Yasser by going to this HR seminar in Lankalearns something atleast. For one thing the ass can't even speak properEnglish! This leads me in to the next major problem.
The management team are always travelling abroad for this seminar and thatconference. And, they take holidays whenever they want. When these peoplecame to the Maldives didn't they say that they were going to transfer theknow how and skills to the Maldivians? If so, why don't any Maldivians getthe chance to travel abroad? Wataniya's management team is just good for onething..Bull shitting!
Referring to the article where it says that Yasser had been giving perfumesand inviting female staff to go on office picnics, I know damn well whatkind of jerk he is. I remember, during on of the earlier offical trips to aresort he was canoodling with some of the girls in the sea. I know forcertain that one of the girls got on his back and stuff. Is this how heshould interact with his employees being a so called boss? But then again,the girl herself did say that her purpose of going on the trip was to butterup Yasser. I bet she got what she wanted!
I am just appalled at Wataniya. and if I anyone is searching for a job, myadvice would be .. don't even think about applying to Wataniya and the samegoes for those who want a mobile connection kit.

The company has been very harsh on its own staff and many Maldivians there are complaining about the treatment they get from the senior management controlled by the rich Kuwaiti Arabs, who are closely associated with the Maldives 'Dick'.”

It is a fact that this blog is not a political blog. We assure our visitors that this blog is maintained in such a way that there would only be facts of WTM and how the management of WTM is responsible for the inhuman and unethical issues which is affecting the performance of all the staff in WTM.

After the unpleasant incident which occurred yesterday, on the subject of the mail sent to all WTM staff, Mr. Yasser, Lalith and John Early determined to block the mail service to all the employees at WTM, so that no staff would be able to browse the internet or the blog.

WTM’s IT is working hard to get rid of the link sent to all wataniya. It’s a fact that some of the selected IT guyz were forced to stay up last night for this.

Mr. Yasser is leaving for Sri Lanka tonight. This is a true fact which came straight from the horse’s mouth. He is leaving because his ass is on fire now. He had bitten more than he can chew.

We all know that Mr. Yasser is taking a short break after facing the obstacles WTM is running through. Maybe he is attending a short term course offered by Wataniya International about Human Resources Management.

Breaking News

WTM internet banned because of the BLOG, it’s confirmed that a link of the BLOG was sent to all WATANIYA mail by a stranger and now the link to the internal mail exchange server has been blocked.

So this means no STAFF in WTM would be able to SEND or RECEIVE mails.

Internet Banned.

From yesterday till now all wataniya staff is banned from internet by the master plan of John Early, Yasser Abdel Hakim and Lalith Pereira. These three culprits thought they can hide the secrets by blocking the internet or disconnect the link to out side world. How much does these three culprits knows about technology and what it is capable of? We can assure that they don’t know how to spell INTERNET. Do you?
They are trying there best to get rid of the hidden secrets that they have and that we are revealing.
Lalith (Wanna be the IT Director) does not know anything about IT and this individual has done a port scan from Sri Lanka by paying a chap in Sri Lanka. How stupid he is right? We can do it now at this moment. Then this guy is bringing HP support personal from Sri Lanka which is his friends or relatives and then they do all the work using Google help. Actually we can call them “HP Google Support”; they are doing nothing at wataniya. An individual Maldivian staff is much better than the directors or managers.
John Early (Technical Director) is a two faced angel. Firstly, he shows he is willing to help the staff at any immense, Second point is he lies and tries to protect himself. Almost all technical staff knows about this. One day he would tell that everything will be fine and beg to stay at wataniya but next day the story would be changed at a glance. Actually we don’t want to blame him. When Mr. Mark Hanna (former CEO) was in charge, everything was going smooth and fine. Wataniya technical staffs were happy but when Yasser (Jew’s commander) became the interim CEO, everything went upside down.
Yasser favors his own staff and we have got a new update from a very reliable source that Yasser is having affairs with a former wataniya finance staff. He sends perfumes and invitations for her to join their resort trips. Does her husband know the relationship? We will let him know that soon.
Never ever under estimate a Maldivian and what he or she is capable of and don’t think that everything is replaceable, cause you can’t.

FLIRTS AND FLOATS ON THE FRAUDS

Sometimes it’s really hard to face the truth rather than try and learn from it. Today what we see from WTM is a rudderless fleet sets its way for its BONVOYAGE. Yes it is very true that, no one will want to hear talking bad about a being, especially when the time comes to take the responsibility.

Today we will focus our observations on our most known bandit of WTM, MR. Dinesh Durairaj.

Mr. Dinesh, who is married with a kid of age 4, is keen on making friends. He likes to spend time with his friends at breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and mostly coffees. He is really excellent in these kinds of affairs, a person who is eager to please the delegates of WTM. Who would do anything for a position?

After his experience in the FOCUS COMPUTERS, Mr. Dinesh joined WTM in the early days of February 2005. His first step in WTM was the Senior Retail Manager. However, after WTM launched their service, former head of sales, Mr. Ali Khalid brought a small change to the department and Mr. Dinesh was changed to a FIELD SALES REP. That was where he set off his anger towards Mr. Ali Khalid. He used to flirt with all the Sales Agents when he was the Manager besides his favorite staff were, Usha Mahir and Aishath Rasheedha. His anger never diminished towards his boss, he started blabbering about Ali K often with his former staff, but it did not help him much.

It was recently he was granted the post of Senior Sales Consultant. Everyone knows he is a busy man with high hopes packed with millions of prospects and tones in his pipeline. But when we really look into his performance and weigh his balance, he still owes the company in lacks. But it never matters, because he is the ultimate messenger from the SALES DEPARTMENT to the relevant authorities.

We guess its time that you learn from it. Is the FINANCE and HR blind of his FRAUD ACTS or is he allowed???

Did you know that Mr. Dinesh took a bunch of connection kits to his apartment and sold them on high price at the start of the launch period? Which is a FRAUD stated by the INTERIM C.E.O when he was the C.F.O. But, nothing happened; besides it was never discovered.

Mr. Dinesh is confident that he can CLAIM his meals, coffees, snacks with his friends any time he wants. But who is really responsible for these acts?? Cud it be evaluated? What really happens to his mobile bill? Is he really penalized for his personal calls beyond his credit limit or is it just waived off? What about his roaming charges and the bill??? Does anybody in WTM bothered to know about these things?

Latest news was Yasser Abdel Hakim(the interim CEO) planned everything to force Mohamed Afzal to leave wataniya. When this incident happened, wataniya lawyer "Ms.Dheena" was present with yasser but the victim did not have any lawyer and he was not informed to do so. These inhuman beings have ruined victims life in seconds without any rights and still the victim is not in a stable condition.
The technical director (John Early) at Wataniya Telecom Maldives is spreading vicious rumors about the victim and Yasser is enjoying his puppetry work.
This time please pack your bags and leave maldives. Because you jew's have ruined many maldivians life.

Is Wataniya International cognizant of what is happening at WTM?

· Mr. Ruchir Ravi Arora, head of Customer Care Department sits in all management meetings and disseminates confidential information to staff of customer care, especially to some of his favoured personnel. These people leak information discussed in the meetings, thereby setting an unhealthy precedent. If confidential information is in the habit of being leaked to others as such, it would spoil the competitive edge; thereby Wataniya’s rival would be in a position to take all the advantages.

· In recent developings, it was discovered that Mr. Ruchir spends most of his working hours with the interim CEO Mr. Yasser, chatting away incessantly the whole day, probably magnifying significantly, the services rendered by a few of his favoured staff. An example of such happenings is described below. In the mobile fair held 2006 August in Dharubaaruge, four mobile telephones were stolen. After an investigation conducted to recover the lost mobiles, it was discovered that this despicable act of dishonesty was conducted by one of Ruchir’s pet boys Mohamed Shamoon ID: 1152. Three of the lost pieces of handsets were recovered, found in possession of one of Shamoon’s close friends. The fourth one was never recovered. At this juncture, to defend Mr. Shamoon, Ruchir stated that the incident of stolen telephones would be best swept under the carpet. It came to no surprise, at all, that since Shamoon is the pet boy of Ruchir, he would not heisitate to do anything to safeguard Shamoon, even if Wataniya’s sales was at stake.

Why Ruchir was hired

· Mr. Ruchir, the son of Regional Manager of the State Bank of India was hired, for none other than, to pave way for procuring easy loans from the State Bank of India using Ruchir as a tool.

· Customer care personnel were given a lavish performance allowance while other departments were not considered. Remunerations given to customer care personnel amounted to large sums of money, some being given over MRF.15,000 a heavily biased act considering hard working staff in other departments.

· This is a service that is tentatively thought of being launched in early months of 2007. However, this inside information of Wataniya has been out in the street and Wataniya’s competitor has already taken full advantage of the service and has taken action.

SOME REAL FACTS THAT ALL SHOULD KNOW….

Very recently, a mobile phone was lost from the Wataniya Flagship (shop located in the East end of Majeedheemagu, Shabnam Building). It was one late night where Mr. Ali Naseer(former Shop Manager who is demoted to a Customer Care Representative) noticed that a phone was missing from the showcase. Promptly he informed the relevant authorities and then and there the justice was finalized.

Wataniya concluded that who ever was on duty should be responsible for it.
But the justice was not brought accordingly as Wataniya stated.

There were four people who were on duty that day when the incident happened.
Mr. Ali Naseer (satto) Basic Salary 7000/-
Mr. Shany (bodu shany) Basic Salary 3500/-
Mr. Zahir (bamboo) Basic Salary 3500/-
Ms. Irufa

The model number of the phone is N80 in which the price was Mrf 9950/-.

The price of the phone was deducted only from the three staff.
Who knows what happened? Is this what we call justice?

On behalf of Ms. Irufa, Mr. Ruchir Ravi Arora (Customer Care Head) stated that she was new to the shop as she was working in Hulhumale’ form the beginning and she cannot be penalized for this. But no one was there to speak on behalf of Sales Agents. (Silly huh?)

Since Ali Naseer is a father of one kid and his wife was pregnant for another, Shany was also a father and he had a family to look after. Just divide 9950 amongst 3 of them and see what they had left from their salary to spend for the month.

Note: The lock of the showcase was damaged and it cannot be locked, and the matter had been reported to the relevant authorities numerous times since nothing happened.

Since Ruchir does not have to worry about his apartment rent nor his salary neither his food. In short, the company pays for all these for him and why should care about the Sales Agents?

So guyz, why don’t we go and grab a phone as they will pay for us isn’t it?

We hope almost everyone have read the previous posts. If so let us continue with another incident.
After the incident which happened to Affan, Wataniya HR planed to send the driver Faheem to Affans home at midnight to steal the laptop. The thing is that Yaasir Abdhul Hakim (wataniya acting CEO) thinks every one is a thief like him,but everyone knows Faheem very well. His loyalty is unbeatable.

We have enough evidence, proof and interviews that we can make this as a court case. We are waiting for the correct time and we will reveal all the secrets inside wataniya.

Dear Yasser,

Regarding the meeting we had yesterday, I gave you the impression that I don’t have much work. I am sorry to tell you that as there are no corporate staffs working here I have to manage the corporate side. Though there is no specific work assigned to me from the corporate side I have to deal with issues as they arise. As this is the end of the year, I have to try and collect the payments from the customers who owe us and have been pending for a long time. Yesterday I received a mail from Gulnaz reminding me of these payments.

Today I have visited TV Maldives and British Redcross and Think Associates. I still have to go to American Redcross and the government offices regarding the pending payments. Therefore, it is becoming difficult for me to go and work at customer care. It is not easy to get appointments from these organizations as the relavant people are busy when I get free and as soon as they give me a call, I have to be able to take the appointment.

The impression I got yesterday was, my priority will be to handle the issues in hand at the sales and then if I am free to attend customer care. However, Ruchir called me and asked me to report him what I did today and then to be at hulhumale by three. Unfortunately I received a call from British Redcross that they want me to collect the applications at 4:30pm today.

As of today do I have to report to Ruchir?

Ruchir called me and asked me to send a report of what I did today. I am sorry that I am confused very much at the moment.

About Us.

In this blog everyone will be updated on all the frustrations and problems that wataniya staffs and wataniya contractors are facing etc..
We are sure that wataniya is known to everyone around the world. When wataniya won the bid , all maldivians were assuming that they can make cheap calls and everything will be better for the maldivians. But things started to change in a very short time span. The "wows" they made were never fulfilled (no pun intended). The end result is people got fed up, unpaid contractors, unpaid staffs and etc.. this has lead to very serious situations. Due to this problem, its a huge problem for wataniya employees to go to other islands on work related purposes, because the unpaid contractors are very hostile towards anyone who works for wataniya.
For all these problems who is supposed to be blamed? we are sure its wataniya management.

We except many comments and ideas to make this a successful project. if you are suffering don't just stare at it and wait, fight for it.
