About Us.

In this blog everyone will be updated on all the frustrations and problems that wataniya staffs and wataniya contractors are facing etc..
We are sure that wataniya is known to everyone around the world. When wataniya won the bid , all maldivians were assuming that they can make cheap calls and everything will be better for the maldivians. But things started to change in a very short time span. The "wows" they made were never fulfilled (no pun intended). The end result is people got fed up, unpaid contractors, unpaid staffs and etc.. this has lead to very serious situations. Due to this problem, its a huge problem for wataniya employees to go to other islands on work related purposes, because the unpaid contractors are very hostile towards anyone who works for wataniya.
For all these problems who is supposed to be blamed? we are sure its wataniya management.

We except many comments and ideas to make this a successful project. if you are suffering don't just stare at it and wait, fight for it.

what is written about the supervisors and Mr. Ruchir Ravir Arora is absolutely correct.
When one of the CCR wanted to resign....Mr. Ruchir told her not to resign he'll promote her and he did put her to cooperate....she's shafiya CCR
This is what our beloving "management" is.
What happened to Malaaha (marketing), CEO, Eleanor, Wadde (CCR), Inaz, Ali Abdulla, Nau, Alfaf, Saeeda, Reysham.....and more.
Where are all these staff. Did they disappear or big insects bit them. I am sure that the BTS are nor croocked.

Have any one seen Mr. Anees (Supervisor CCR). He slept with many staff.....specialy from Customer Care.
He gave his so called girl friend at Wata a promotion of cheating a husband....i mean she moved to BO.
Her work is going to the small meeting room at CC and blooming the flowers.
Management is blind....specially those who wear glasses.
CCR are not allowed to send mails, to call or to talk to management.
CCR are the face of company...but none of their complaint taken to Management.
CCR never had a meeting with MR. Ruchir...why? Because the supervisors do not want to reveal things behind....behind Wataniya and behind CCR.....they want to win their words. No comments from Customers. May be they don't know the meaning of customers.
Check if there is any qualified supervisor....no none of them.
They are worse than the CCRs.
This is a shame to WTM as well as Watatniya Iternational.
What about...Algeria branch...Palestine Branch....and the new commers like Saudi Branch...What the father Kuwait is going to do with this?
Anyone ever knew inside Wataniya....no one other than the staff. But staff are scared. Because they do not want to have a bad impression or bad words in their life cycle. When Wata Management knows about things they terminate staff.
How could staff get job from another place when a big company like wataniya terminate them.
But these young crowd are very good. They never talk ill of Wataniya outside...they never reveals the hidden secret of Wataniya....they are honest people...specially Azeem, Sirhan, Ali Naseer, Abdulla Waheed Imad and many more.
If this young crowd comes to management.....they will do better than the managers. Because they know customer needs...they knows humanity and they are ethical.
I will say that Wataniya is no more unless Wataniya International do hard work to bring the place again.
But I don't think International also can bring up infront of the poor customers....Wataniya lied them....broke their heart....ate their money....!
