Sometimes it’s really hard to face the truth rather than try and learn from it. Today what we see from WTM is a rudderless fleet sets its way for its BONVOYAGE. Yes it is very true that, no one will want to hear talking bad about a being, especially when the time comes to take the responsibility. Today we will focus our observations on our most known bandit of WTM, MR. Dinesh Durairaj.
Mr. Dinesh, who is married with a kid of age 4, is keen on making friends. He likes to spend time with his friends at breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and mostly coffees. He is really excellent in these kinds of affairs, a person who is eager to please the delegates of WTM. Who would do anything for a position?
After his experience in the FOCUS COMPUTERS, Mr. Dinesh joined WTM in the early days of February 2005. His first step in WTM was the Senior Retail Manager. However, after WTM launched their service, former head of sales, Mr. Ali Khalid brought a small change to the department and Mr. Dinesh was changed to a FIELD SALES REP. That was where he set off his anger towards Mr. Ali Khalid. He used to flirt with all the Sales Agents when he was the Manager besides his favorite staff were, Usha Mahir and Aishath Rasheedha. His anger never diminished towards his boss, he started blabbering about Ali K often with his former staff, but it did not help him much.
It was recently he was granted the post of Senior Sales Consultant. Everyone knows he is a busy man with high hopes packed with millions of prospects and tones in his pipeline. But when we really look into his performance and weigh his balance, he still owes the company in lacks. But it never matters, because he is the ultimate messenger from the SALES DEPARTMENT to the relevant authorities.
We guess its time that you learn from it. Is the FINANCE and HR blind of his FRAUD ACTS or is he allowed???
Did you know that Mr. Dinesh took a bunch of connection kits to his apartment and sold them on high price at the start of the launch period? Which is a FRAUD stated by the INTERIM C.E.O when he was the C.F.O. But, nothing happened; besides it was never discovered.
Mr. Dinesh is confident that he can CLAIM his meals, coffees, snacks with his friends any time he wants. But who is really responsible for these acts?? Cud it be evaluated? What really happens to his mobile bill? Is he really penalized for his personal calls beyond his credit limit or is it just waived off? What about his roaming charges and the bill??? Does anybody in WTM bothered to know about these things?

her dress code hehehe transperent.why dont somebody say her not to where that kinda fit clothes.anyways here she comes inside the office.start her computer and will open MSN and will start chatting.Ater sometime fatslug will get hungry.And will send Baby Ahmed to Anu Mart to buy short eats.And after that its her family time.Will call her sis,mom,husband.all these will finish about 14.00hrs. its time to threat CCR's who takes calls.Specilly Baby Ahmed.this is a inccident wich took place.Baby Ahmed was busy working in Back office in his work station which is just opposite to Hanyns Table.Hanyn asked Baby r u going to take Anual leave?Ahmed said Yes.Hanyn just said that she could cancel his leave by looking at Ahmed in a slavery way.Ahmed said its confirmed by Anees.Hanyn couldn't take it and said that she can change that immidiatly.Again Ahmed said it confirmed.Guys you knw wat cheap thing she did.She called Anees in front of ahmed and said that Ahmed said that he dont want the leave now.Ahmed was shocked to hear that.He stopped working and got up frm his seat and started kinda beging that he didn't say that.Hanyn end the call and said.so now you knw.dont tell me that i can't change anything here.look how these Supervisor treat CCR's here.this issue was taken in a meeting and supervisors told that they wont take it personally.Hanyn her self agreed that she wont take it Personally fter meeting that night Hanyn send a msg to Baby Ahmed saying do you send me msges just bcoz my name is in ur contact list.Oh guys this isn't perconell rite???

i agree with the above.n i myself witnessed it with my own eyes while i was an employee at wataniya.not even hanyn is the shitload in the customer care but the rest including the "miss marvelous REENEE"is.man she is a joke for me.well anees is not much an asshole but he kinda keep runnin away from the two womderwomanswhen anythin happens.seems like they control him.n for ruchir WELL not much to say abt him,never been around in office most of the time.he is also a puppet to the wonderbitches.yess of course he is a asshole like mr.Yassir Abdul Hakim.
