FORMER HEAD OF SALES MR. NIHAD FORCED TO RESIGN BY WTM HR….

According to sources insidewataniya, former Head of Sales Mr. Ablo Nihad, sometime today, has been advised by HR Manager Mr. Didi to terminate his services to Wataniya.

Before Mr. Nihad was advised to tender his resignation on his own, his LAPTOPCOMPUTER was stolen from his desk by Mr. Dinesh Durairaj by the strict order of Mr. Didi as Mr. Dinesh was showing his obedience to follow an order as this was discussed earlier. These kinds of unethical, unprofessional and extremely low graded actions are becoming a second nature inside Wataniya. With such actions prevalent it casts heavy doubt whether Wataniya can deliver its communicative services already shows signs of wear and tear and under a bunch of untrained handful of people like:

C.E.O Mr. Yasser
H.R Manager Mr. Didi
Sales Consultant Mr. D Durairaj

Whose prime concern is to use company wealth corruptively for personal gangs?
By forcing Mr. Nihad to resign on his own, Wataniya Maldives would unjustly save 3 months salary that is entitled to him if Wataniya were to ask him to resign.

"These kinds of unethical, unprofessional and extremely low graded actions are becoming a second nature inside Wataniya"

i don't know abt how things are inside wataniya.. But.. coming from someone who claims to be standing up for professionalism , ethics and morals...

YOU are NOT doing a good job off it.. i see internal company secrets scattered around here... possibly by an employee.. disgruntled perhaps but an employee.

fighting for employee's rights and better salary is all good.. i agree.. and trying to change policy and moving to do that is fine as well..

my issue here is why in the world do you have to talk abt internal budgets, salaries, etc etc... these are confidential information that as an employee you have to protect from leaking.

its not coz its Wataniya. there's a difference wen someone on the outside says this an that. But as an employee there are obligations that you have to respect.

i sympathize with your cause.. i really do... but ur stooping to a unacceptable level...

well as an administrator of a major company in Maldives, maybe i should make a blog and post my server passwords and remote access ports if i don't get a raise tomorrow?

well like they say.. we are Maldivians.. tit for tat, eye for an eye an all that...isnt that in our blood eh?

btw.. feel free to go ahead an say that i'm a cronie of whomever, wataniya or this yassir guy or maybe even yameen.. i think its the craze these days... can u take criticism??.. or are u gonna respond to this like most Maldivians allowing me to put you in a stereotypical Maldivian Category.

Good luck with whatever you're hoping to archive.

After reading this particular post and its comments, i just feel like throwing my views on the same concern.

First of all, asking to tender resignation from a senior or a high level position is being Professional, and with all due respect to the author of this post, irrespective of the amount saved by the company, the employee gained much more than that, future! if you are thinking the way i am thinking, you would not think twice to agree with me..

Second of all, Taking away the Notebook is perfectly alright if it is a property of the Company. Of all the employee who resigned or get fired, 90% will think of doing something extra stupid before walkin off. And on the same note, if that Notebook is his personal property then, definitely that isn't the right thing to do.

Its just in my point of view.. but by reading the rest of this blog.. i see a need of essential changes with in the structure and management. Good work!
