Yasser held his farewell- last day in WTM
Sisil from core networks also left wataniya who is also one of a puppet of Yasser and his worshipers.
We are now looking forward for a day that Ruchir (CCR lady) and sameh (Gay load) will leave wataniya and be on roads. These kind of people have to be terminated from wataniya. They know nothing better that a maldivian. Q-TEL should find out all useless people and terminate them. We want to see Maldivians to rule wataniya.

If the person resign or terminated from the job he or she have to pay the full course fee plus ticket. What an cunning and inhuman place is this.
This time also they are planning to do so. But this time the local staffs are very brave, they have learn from the history. "Muaz and Nishah is doing it along with sameh" an wataniyan said.
These three people are well known to entire company. The games they play is limit less. Person from wataniya who don't want to mention the name said "Muaz is trying to ruin the place, he does everything for his benefit and nishah is a dumb ass guy who pretend that he knows everything" Truth is staffs under them are much better than them.
"we don't any training from wataniya, its useless and it don't match to the work actually we do" these kind of messages are hearing from the angry staffs.

Wataniya is craving for old staffs who left WTM
We think its too late for wataniya to apologize for what they have done to them. The dedication that they gave was realized too late. Insidewataniya did a little survey on this matter and 80% of the old staffs don't wont to rejoin the company if "yasser and didi" is in the company. 20% of them wants to join and show them still they are the best.
On behalf of insidewataniya and the supporters we would like to say that "DON'T THINK THAT MALDIVIANS ARE DUMB, THEY ARE ALWAYS GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO" we hope this is a good message for WTM management. We are still fighting and will be fighting for every Maldivian staffs rights.

Near for an end of yasser
Recently insidewataniya got many complains from wataniya staffs regarding yasser and his judgment. Every single Maldivian staff wants to get rid of yasser, he became a threat to the Maldivian staffs. He don't understand the dedication that Maldivian staffs given all these days and we don't think he him self will understand it.
If we look at the history of WTM, from tower irection to establishing a world class mobile network a Maldivian staff is dedicated until the launching the network. Now most of the people who worked at the beginning is not in wataniya. Some of them was forced to go and some left making "Yasser is the reason for the destruction". We have interviewed many staffs few days before and known that they are willing to leave wataniya soon if yasser and his judgment is running in WTM. This shows that from first day to until now no one like yasser.
All these incidents are happened in front of DIDI (wannabe HR Manager) who don't give a damn response for these things. A first degree lier and a first degree gay load( yasser) are planing everything. Some of the wataniyans said that yasser told that he have a list of people who he wants to thrown out from WTM. Yasser is playing his dirty Arabic games here in Maldives and Maldivian movement does not know about it. This time they will for sure.
Yasser and his followers thinks that if they throw out a person from WTM, they wont get good job or good salary..But its not how it is. Most of the people who left or terminated from WTM is having better job locally and abroad. Recently Left staff is now working abroad with much better salary. Don't think that Maldivians are not capable. We are not like Arabs, we don't hire slaves to do work and just watch it and take the advantage. We work for it and we will get the benefit out of it.
Finance staff named "Rasheed" well known to all staffs in WTM was forced to leave WTM when he asked for a leave to go for "Umra". Whats wrong with yasser? is he a Muslim or a atheist? These Arabs are drinking our blood for long time so this time someone should end this soon.
Because of people like yasser the Arab community is blamed. Q-Tel must do something to him or we will do something to him.
HRC should inspect these things and judge on this. Hope we will get support on this.

My dear CCRs and Supervisors,
I hope each one of you find this mail in the best of your health and spirits. I just wanted to ask all of you about the work atmosphere and your perception about our department so far? Don’t tell me things have been very tight………..cos I frankly feel just the opposite. Supervisors have been very lenient with you all and so am I with them….rite guys? But things have to be changed for betterment. After all we have to regain our image of the best department of the company and even have a huge responsibility to pull the overall performance of our company by displaying our capabilities and executing excellent customer service. RITE?????????
Off late I have seen lots of sloppiness and negligence from my team and I am very disappointed. We all know, we had few “not so fortunate” staff who had to leave our company due to some reason or the other, but the most unfortunate part is that none of us realized that our service level doesn’t have to drop. No one stood up to the challenge………and this is very sad for a TEAM like us. There are lots of absenteeism and late comers, and on top people going on long breaks, even with less ccrs taking calls. CPU agents and corporate teams……….don’t u feel sorry that you all are enjoying two offs when your front office team members gets only one………..it’s not your responsibility dhooo???? It’s either your department head or the supervisors’ headache………
OK so again I have to take the tough decision……………NO OFFS till I see a reduction in the number of sick leaves……..I am a devil rite? What to do? its my responsibility to make sure the service level is maintained…….and It’s you guys who compel me to do things like that. I see people roaming on bikes and laughing with friends in the evening while bringing medical certificates next day cos they JUST didn’t feel like coming to office…
Secondly, there is a copy of the policies with your supervisors and even with HR department. I would prefer each one of you to go through it as from next time no excuses would be tolerated that we didn’t know or no one told us.
So guys enjoy the work rather than taking it like a burden………it’s your work, your department and your responsibility, but only if you realize and act responsibly….

none of us realized that our service level doesn’t have to drop: Well! Ruchir and the management is not reallising that they need staffs in place of the leavers of WTM.
lots of absenteeism and late comers, and on top people going on long breaks: A few staffs are doing these things, and these staffs are th ones who are closest to customer care supervisors (Hanyn and Reeny). No actions are taken against them. About long breaks, Ruchir is the one who amended the policy that says that Customer Care Staffs will get half an hour break. He amended so that CCRs will get one hour break. Most IMPORTANT thing is that all CCRs are working 35 hours per week excluding breaks. Even if a CCR doesn't take one hour break, he/she is not paid for that. There are no rewarding words for that. So whats the use of taking short breaks??? Even if a CCR take half an hour break he could leave the same time as the CCRs who takes one hour break. Who is responsible for this??? Management or the CCRs??
less ccrs: Why less?? Two batches of employees are trained starting from last December for Customer Care, and third batch is having their training now. Where are all the staffs??? Why are they leaving??? Who is responsible for this??? Where are the brave team coaches?? Why are they leaving???

In the duty roster there might be two offs in most weeks. But the supervisors (Reeny and Hanyn) are calling them on off days to CPU agents and corporate teams to take 929 calls.

TAKE IT EASY “P O L I C Y”
company had ever been treating and it had never been heard. It has come to notice that the poor management of WTM force their staff to tender their resignation rather than terminating them. It’s hard to believe these crime actions by an international management. The art of implementing this unethical crime is to avoid from the 3 months salary the company have to
provide the staff if he or she is being terminated without prior notice by the company.
A company may find a staff’s inefficiency or worse, but it is a company’s wild guess of selecting the right persons to the right job. For instance, staff A might be very skill full at procurement but he or she might be working in the IT department. Though staff A has background knowledge in the IT field that doesn’t mean the job is perfect for him or her. For this the
company decides to terminate the staff without a warning or without proper training or not finding a suitable place for him or her. If a company seems to work other than this procedure, that company is a failure.
WTM staffs works prior to 1 month and they are forced to terminate holding their salary.
An on going drama where, DD the HR manager of WTM, receives his commission on every forced staff out.

It was not too long ago, Maldivian’s suffered for 17 years against the “ANDHIRI ANDHIRIN OR MALABARIANS” just because a group of stupid Maldivian’s were thirsty to rule the
Today what we see in wataniya is more or less the same picture. As we can see the entire Maldivian’s employed working hard means nothing to the company and all the credit goes to some expatriate employee. WHY? Because these issues are never been listened or raised. It’s more like Wataniya is going to be here for about 15 years and till their contract is over, we Maldivian’s let ourselves as slaves or perhaps live with it.
As history has a bad sign of repeating, some of our beloved colleagues are involved in these actions as they get some sort of tips. But in the end when things turn out to be unreachable, no doubt you would be chopped out. It is us who are inviting the management to be on top of us. As we are playing the game home and loosing while they are playing away and winning.
There are all sorts of dreadful stuff going on inside the company where employees loose their hopes. DISCRIMINIATION is the worst weapon pointed towards the employees of WTM. DIDI never see these points nor does he have no actions for it. Wonder what the purpose of being the HR manager is. It is only us who dig the well and burry ourselves. “IF U HAVE NO POWER, Y DON’T U RESIGN?” says one of the employee.
It was not long ago, CCR’s Shammoon stole 4 mobile phones from a mobile fare. Only 1 phone was found and other 3 was lost for good. But as Shammoon was one of the boys of Ruchir, the matter was swept under the carpet. No punishment no suspension was ruled over him. Somehow for some reason he quit and joined Sultans of the Seas. But not for long, he stole 2 laptops and was chopped out; the sad part is Ruchir never came to save him.

RESPECT IDEAS FROM OTHERS TOO AS THEY ARE PART OF THE COMPANY.
Just look at WATANIYA today….. Who would ever express their disheartened feelings when wataniya came to the Maldives? Every single soul was expecting a better change. But, as we all saw the miss management even from the very start did slowly made overcome by the hard working staff who joined to sacrifice their own lives. But did the management appreciate the work? No not at all, not even today their names were mentioned as the management forgets about their bonus which they absolutely deserve.
What is happening in the marketing department today is once good example of an ethical situation. When would the MANAGEMENT or the HR will get concerned to find a solution for these kind of issues? If a HR department has no strength in a company, who is there to listen to these issues? A management which points out the faults should be reviewed and replaced because they should be always above the FOREST where they should be capable of implementing a solution for what ever the matter is.
“It is very easy to accept a resignation, but it’s very hard and almost impossible to get a perfect person for a job. Because it is the management who is responsible to train the employee up-to the standard, in fact if it is necessary find a chair where the employee suits rather than chop out”.
Today it’s really sad to hear, that the company’s MARKETING MANAGER, Mr. U (in short) has tendered his resignation, and so as Mr. Shafraz.
As today’s management would be eager to claim that they are not efficient in their job? Or they just left because they could not keep up?
SHAME ON, WATANIYA’S MANAGEMENT. (Yasser Management)
In-fact some would be happy to see him go and some would weep.
No last but the least, the whole marketing department agrees that Mr. U is the best manager whom they had ever worked with. Mr. U was a person who understands the customer well. He was someone who brought a change to the concept of the commercials and he discusses the ideas with his team before finalizing what ever it may be. In-fact he was just like a father to his team.
HAS THE MANAGEMENT FOUND THE CAUSE FOR HIS RESIGNATION?

Could this be a disgrace to the company? It is very much swept under the carpet where no one wants to believe their ineffectiveness. This is where they should loose their job. Actually the hot chair must be responsible for not delivering a perfect satisfaction to the customers.
The company never points out who is responsible for it. It is always the staffs who work day and night hard to earn their small money to raise their family. The company never appreciates this.
He who sees the company on their hands cannot deliver much good for the company. They always find a way to sit on the hot chair dominant and order others to follow his instructions where if something goes wrong, he is always innocent.

WTM IT department changing to an srilankan military base.
Wataniya lost there one of the best IT guy in Maldives because of there mistakes. This time laith brought a lady from srilanka and we hope thats his maid. And lots of srilankans for so called "HP SUPPORT". what kind of support are they capable of? They are just having a vacation in Maldives. These rats spend the whole day in the internet and goes home. Still a relative of lalith is working in HP SUPPORT in wataniya.
Did any Maldivian thought about the end result witch may lead because of this. If you guys running backbiting each other you wont get success so stand up once more and show them that you are Maldivians and they cant do any thing they like to do.
Yasser and buchanma they both goes for lunch to the spa canteen, to discuss there ideas to ruin Maldivians. We will meet you soon.....

We did some interviews with customer care personals and everyone is talking about the way ruchir and yasser treating them. "They do what they like to do, just like in military school." a customer care representative. Maldives is also leading leader in corruption and inhumanity so we don't think Maldivian government will help wataniyans to survive from these corrupted management. You people have to face this to win.
Recently yasser was taken to Q-TEL for questioning regarding the rumors.We hope yasser had learn a lesson and will leave Maldives soon before we all do it.

Road to success- bonus
When wataniyan staffs got the salary they was happy to get the bonus, but some hard workers who was there at the beginning are unhappy because they got an extra month salary not the so called bonus that yasser and his management mentioned at the beginning.
This is will be another news that Maldivians need to know. As soon as we get an conformation for a GO, we will rock the Maldives once again. This time Q-Tel will be invited.

Backbiting, the best way to get promotion.
These type of sins are going on deep inside wataniya. To get the promotion or to get the attention some staffs does backbiting. What they will get for this? What will happen to innocent staffs? at the end the parasite will ruin all the dedicated staffs life and the shocking part is WTM management don't wants the truth, they just listen to the parasite and makes the decision. Finally yasser gives his/her an appreciation bonus. Its like an disease that need to be cure else at the end you will have to face the consequences of it.
From the reports and facts we got from an staff from wataniya that "all the departments are corrupted now. we cant talk about former staffs of wataniya or we can't call to them as friends or anyway. If yasser's boys knows about it they we will be marked us as in black list". From a technical staff who does not want to mention the name said "yasser and sameh Sameh Samer Abd. Aziz's (wannabe core manager) to boys, Muaz Mohamed Badeeu and Mohamed Nishah are doing all the deep shits. They take call logs to bust the the staffs who have contact with former staffs"
This is big joke and we don't know what you think? after all the backbiting they made, they loose good staffs from them. They will learn a lesson when they loose there friends. We don't think they will worry, cause they have the disease on there bones now.
We wish all the good staffs of WTW to rid of these people soon.
Another Promise made by Yasser (Arab Gay Load).
Our reporters from WTM said that some staffs don't believe on this and others are desperate on this again. We hope and wish to all the staffs who works in WTM and those who have been worked before get this "BONUS". A staffs who don't want to mention his name said "I don't believe on yasser, he just bluff". Others talks in a broader way, is former WTM staffs will get this? Will they be avoidable from this? or is the bonus goes to yasser's bank account?. We don't know what will happen. The only thing we know is if they made a promise to do so, they have to fulfill it. Other wise take a nice hot trip to hell.
HR should take there responsibility on this. Don't just poof this once again. Because if you fails this time, you will have to learn a bitter lesson.

“Thy” brave WTM’s HR department could be one of the most unreliable department heard ever. Maybe it’s against the law of WTM or it had never appeared on the POLICY, that there can be part-time employee(s) working at WTM, besides which shows the community how unprofessional the management is. Its time DIDI should learn something about HR and motivating staff.
WHY CAN’T WTM MANAGEMENT BE EQUAL AMONG ALL STAFF?????
It’s very easy to say “THERE ARE NO PEOPLE QUALIFIED FOR THE JOBS”, but the question is… is the WTM management trying build a community strong enough to reach their goals?
Yasser, being the interim CEO is been the dramatic fall of WTM up-to-date. We wonder…. How Mr. Yasser is answerable to the members of the Q-TEL.

YASSER tried to quit the deal with THINK ASSOCIATES and get rid of them, while he was discussing with his followers to register a designing studio in which he will transfer all the advertising jobs of WATANIYA to them. This is because, each month WATANIYA pays a retainer fee of US-9000 to THINK ASSOCIATES, maybe in which he gets a commission or the amount is too little or he doesn’t get anything at all. So if he could direct all the advertisement jobs to a company directed by him, the commission will be like 50%. 75% OF WATANIYA STAFF SEEKS FOR JOBS SECRETIVELY
75% of the staff employed in WATANIYA is seeking jobs from other companies as well as from the government. This is not just any bull-shit rumor which is spreading in the company. A company which promised to be run by the Maldivian’s in the third year seems to be a sack of lies.
It is not very far from the beginning of the third year, hence there are no Maldivian’s employed in the higher posts. A very sensible explanation was given to the TAM by the CORRUPTION LEADER OF WATAN IYA, MR. YASSER. “YET THERE ARE NO MALDIVIANS WHO ARE QUALIFIED ENOUGH TO FILL THE DECISION LEVEL POSTS”. The question is… isn’t the management capable of training people for the posts? It’s very true that WTM has not done much on training staff on executive level posts. Hence the management always seeks to throw a person who comes even near a post like that.
If the WTM management think your staff is happy, then you are very wrong. If it’s the case why would every one seek for jobs in different locations?
Just imagine those employees suffering in the CCR. Yes they have issues which are neglected for several times. Who cares?? Ruchir gets his salary so why should he bother?
Just imagine the way Ruchir interviews for the new recruits to be joined. A person waiting for it from morning gets a chance in the afternoon, and when he gets the chance he just asks, “WHAT TYPE OF TELECOM DO YOU USE?” And if he’d say DHIRAAGU, the chances are closed forever.
These are real situations where anyone can see the unprofessional ethics.

Is wataniya International blind?
Usually we see HR and finance staffs coming late to office. Is anyone aware of this? were there any action taken? we are sure that they wont see that. Managers and Directors are late to office and they don't get any punishment for that. Normal staffs are suffering because of them.
Wataniya International should treat everyone equally or leave Maldives immediately.

Being passed a year for the service of Wataniya Telecom
YASSER had his plans finalized sometime ago. It’s only the board of CORRUPTION and their subordinates would attend the ceremony. All others are to sit and weep. What a joke?
As you may all know, Mr. Ahmed Haleem (who is the Head of this region) is invited to the ceremony held tomorrow. And since he will be here for a short period of time, there will be people waiting for this opportunity. The HEAD OF CORRUPTION MR. YASSER, will hide his all nasty acts and so as Mr. Didi the so called HR manager whose voice is never heard when a staff is in need of help.

WTM Loosing staffs.
Very recently we got an news from an inside wataniya staff that Mr. Azhan, Mr. Irfan and Mr. Munawar had resign from wataniya. After we got the news and when we dig for updates we knew that there are forced to resign.
Mr. Azhan was the best programmer that wataniya had and he was forced by the management to resign because he is having connection with Mr. Afzal (former wataniya staff). The thing that we don’t understand is what the problem is by having friendship with a former wataniya staff. Friendship ship won’t get weak by force; I think wataniya management should give a reasonable reason before they force others to resign.
Mr. Irfan also forced to cut his hair. But we never have seen this kind of action in any Maldivian companies including government companies. We are not sure that wataniya is a school or an office.
Mr. Munawar requested Mr. John for some changes and at first john agreed and later on he refuse that he agreed for that. Actually john have no power to execute a command, he is a puppy of yasser.
End result for all these guys was resigning wataniya and join a better company which listen to staffs thoughts. Without staffs rights you can’t win a company.

USELESS PEOPLE ON USELESS PRICES…………
No wonder an IT management is considered worthless with people like MR. AHMED BOUCHAMA who is a hollow in the IT field. A useless expert who downloads SOFTWARES from the internet and uses them in programs related in IT. All he ought to do is edits the whole software a bit and uses it. This whole process later leads to a diastral fact that if something creates havoc in that software, Mr. Bouchama never gets himself responsible for it, besides he won’t even know how to fix it.

Bouchama has his staff as developers working for him in the IT department of WTM, who are Maldivians. They are: Sobah, Shafiu and Sofath who are keen on their tasks.

Mr. Bouchama would have everyday tasks for these employees. They take it as a challenge and tend to finish off it as quick as they can.

FORMER HEAD OF SALES MR. NIHAD FORCED TO RESIGN BY WTM HR….
According to sources insidewataniya, former Head of Sales Mr. Ablo Nihad, sometime today, has been advised by HR Manager Mr. Didi to terminate his services to Wataniya.
Before Mr. Nihad was advised to tender his resignation on his own, his LAPTOPCOMPUTER was stolen from his desk by Mr. Dinesh Durairaj by the strict order of Mr. Didi as Mr. Dinesh was showing his obedience to follow an order as this was discussed earlier. These kinds of unethical, unprofessional and extremely low graded actions are becoming a second nature inside Wataniya. With such actions prevalent it casts heavy doubt whether Wataniya can deliver its communicative services already shows signs of wear and tear and under a bunch of untrained handful of people like:

STAFF COMPLAINTS ON THE INCREASE IN WATANIYA
“THE BONUS PROMISED TO ITS STAFF AT THE INAUGRATION OF WATANIYA HAS STILL NOT BEING GRANTED”
“It remains a fact that Wataniya management may treat two employees who hold identical jobs with bias. Promises made by Wataniya management have never been fulfilled for many of its staff, hence enthusiasm for continuing to serve the company is on the diminish”
This information has been forwarded by a Wataniya staff.
According to him, raising matters that need urgent attention that may enhance staff development is also a threat and such personnel who raise similar matters are easily blacklisted. Some of these blacklisted employees have terminated their services at various junctures, while others who have raised such matters have been forced to terminate their services by the management of Wataniya.
These complaints made by staff are met with denial by the Human Resources Manager, Mohamed Ahmed Didi.
Didi claims that, “We perceive our staff the same way as we perceive our customers; this is because in either of the case when ever something crops up, they will be unhappy with the management. Talks heard in this way may become common. It may be possible that an employee who is unhappy with the management or a former employee who was terminated had raised such issues. At policy level, there is no discriminating among any of Wataniya staff”
“At the launching ceremony, it was promised to give bonus to all staff. One year lapsed after launching; however no staff has received any bonus. Many of the employees who were then working at Wataniya are no longer with the management”
This piece of news comes from an employee who has been employed at Wataniya since its inauguration.
Even the Human Resources Manager, Mr. Didi agrees that bonus money has to be given to all staff.
However, an employee claims that, the talk of this bonus was heard only in the first few months after the inauguration of Wataniya but later, the management surreptitiously and deliberately swept the issue of giving the bonus under the carpet.
Many staff who worked laboriously at the launching is no longer with Wataniya now. Mr. Didi was asked whether, the employees who were present at the launching, but now who had already terminated would be eligible for the bonus?
Mr. Didi stated that, whether they are eligible or not will be decided by the management.
Fiyes is in receipt of the news that, some of its present employees are deprived of their overtime. At least one employee is on strike and refusing to perform his duties due to the fact that he hasn’t been paid his overtime allowances. Mr. Didi of course, denies this allegation.
Also, Mr. Didi denies that internet connections to its employees are restricted because many employees enter the site “INSIDE WATANIYA”
Didi claims:
“We have not imposed any restrictions for our staff to use the internet. However, some restrictions are imposed on grounds that there are some internet issues of bandwidth. They can't get any other job which will pay well and have to do no work. So they will do their best to have those jobs and have a strong hold too. So guys who are making this blog, give up. You stand no chance against these people. Go find better jobs and be happy. If you have the confidence why be bothered. Follow the lead of the good people who left the company with their pride.
